On Thursday, May 7, the province of Nova Scotia announced that the contract to twin a 38-kilometre section of Highway 104, between Sutherland’s River and Antigonish, has been awarded to Dexter Nova Alliance. HEC is proud to be a member of the winning team as the Design Lead for Structures, which will involve the design of 28 bridges.

Construction is scheduled to start in June of this year and be completed at the end of 2023.
