Harbourside Survivor 2025: Week 4
As our teams start to dwindle, eliminated players are still part of the greater Harbourside Team. In these circumstances, how can the company encourage continued involvement in the group activity when someone has been “voted off”? How can the game promote inclusivity AND competition at the same time? Is an elimination challenge antithetical to the spirit of cooperation?

The results of Harbourside Survivor Week 2 saw Blue Team victorious. Both Red and Green failed to out-putt them in this high-stakes mini putt challenge. They’ll have to vote off one team member each.
Hole in One — Engineers PEI Golf Tournament 2025
Friday September 19th was the annual Engineers PEI Golf tournament. Naturally, the Harbourside PEI team had to make an appearance on the green, in addition to sponsoring the 8th hole $25,000 prize!
Harbourside Wins Multiple Awards with CISC Atlantic
Harbourside was the proud recipient of not one, but TWO awards during the 2025 CISC Awards gala for excellence in Steel Construction in Halifax. One in the category of Bridge Projects, the other in the category of Engineering.
Harbourside Survivor 2025: Week 1

Young Engineer: Nishtha Shah
Nishtha is a 4th year engineering student with us here at Harbourside. Her co-op is an 8th month term, and she’s already hoping for an extension!
CO-OP Interview with Sherelle Higgs
Sherelle Higgs recently completed her co-op at Harbourside after a 4-month term with our transportation division. Despite the short time frame, Sherelle has continually impressed us with her excellent work-ethic, and enthusiasm (as you will see in the video). She returns to her studies at Dalhousie University this fall.
